Chris Chong
Chong Cheong Ping @ Chris Chong is a Human Resource practitioner and has been enthusiastically involved in all aspects of the human resources and training department.
Chris has a vast real work experience with local and international companies, including hospitality, shipping, plywood and oil and gas.
With more than 18 years of experience in hospitality, he started as a Management Trainee and worked his way up to various departments such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Desk, Sales and Marketing and Kitchen. He also gained international exposure in Captiva Island, Florida, USA and Dublin City, Ireland.
During the last 15 years, he has been involved in the full spectrum of human capital management in private and public-listed companies. These companies include shipping, plywood, Oil and Gas and skill training.
He holds a Degree in Human Resources Management from Open University Malaysia, a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management Certification from the American Hotel and Motel Association from the USA, a Certificate of Specialization in Sales and Marketing and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.

Danielle Wong
With over 17 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship, human capital management, and human resources, Danielle Wong is a seasoned HR practitioner with a strong background in the Oil & Gas, Technology System & Solutions, and Plantation industries in both private and public listed companies.
Before venturing into the HR field, Danielle successfully ran an F&B business in Perth, Western Australia from year 2008 - 2012. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience provided valuable insights into business operations, customer engagement, and workforce management.
Danielle is a graduate from University of Western Australia with a Degree in Commerce. As an HRD Corp Certified Trainer, Danielle is dedicated to leveraging her extensive experience and expertise to drive organizational success through effective human capital management and innovative HR solutions.
